User Agreement for Spicy Style Social App

1. Service Overview

Sass ("the App") is a social platform designed for users who love spicy (lamei) style daily outfits and makeup. The App provides the following core services:

By using Sass, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this User Agreement and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Account Rules

2.1 Account Registration: You must be at least 18 years old to register an account. You shall provide true, accurate, and complete information during registration and update such information in a timely manner if there are any changes.

2.2 Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (including username, password, and verification codes). Any activities conducted through your account shall be deemed as your own actions.

2.3 Account Restrictions: You shall not transfer, lend, or sell your Sass account to others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we detect any unauthorized account sharing or transfer.

2.4 Account Termination: You may request to terminate your account at any time. After account termination, your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3. Usage Norms

When using Sass services, you shall comply with the following norms:

We reserve the right to remove any non-compliant content and take disciplinary actions (including warning, account suspension, and permanent ban) against violating users.

4. Content Rights and Responsibilities

4.1 Content Ownership: You retain the ownership of the original content (including photos, texts, and videos) you publish on Sass. By publishing content on the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute such content within the scope of providing Sass services.

4.2 Content Responsibility: You shall be solely responsible for the content you publish. If your content infringes on the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legitimate rights and interests of third parties, you shall bear all legal liabilities arising therefrom.

4.3 Content Review: We have the right to review the content published by users, but we do not assume the obligation to pre-review all content. We will remove any problematic content in a timely manner after receiving a legitimate complaint.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Paid Services: Sass may provide paid services (such as advanced AI style recognition, priority matching, and ad-free experience). The pricing and payment methods of paid services will be clearly displayed on the relevant pages of the App.

5.2 Payment Process: After you confirm the purchase of paid services, the corresponding fees will be deducted from your selected payment method. We will not charge any fees without your explicit consent.

5.3 Refund Policy: Except as required by law or specified in the App, paid services are non-refundable after purchase. If you have any questions about refunds, please contact our customer service.

5.4 Price Adjustment: We reserve the right to adjust the price of paid services, but we will notify you of the price adjustment in advance (at least 7 days) for existing paid users.

6. Service Changes and Termination

6.1 Service Adjustment: We may adjust, upgrade, or suspend part of the services according to technical development and operational needs, and will notify users through the App, email, or other reasonable means.

6.2 Service Termination: We reserve the right to terminate the provision of all or part of the Sass services in the event of force majeure, business adjustment, or other legitimate reasons. In such cases, we will notify users in advance and make appropriate arrangements for users' legitimate rights and interests (such as refunding the unused fees of paid services).

6.3 User-initiated Termination: You may terminate the use of our services at any time by logging out of your account or deleting the App. Termination of use will not affect the validity of the agreement during your use of the services.

7. Disclaimer

7.1 Limited Liability: Sass is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses caused by service interruptions, technical failures, or network problems.

7.2 Third-party Content: The content published by other users on the App does not represent our views. We shall not be liable for any disputes or losses arising from user interactions or third-party content.

7.3 AI Recognition Disclaimer: The AI recognition results of makeup, hairstyle, and clothing elements are for reference only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the recognition results.

7.4 Indemnification: You shall indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from your violation of this Agreement or applicable laws and regulations.

8. Dispute Resolution

8.1 Negotiation: Any disputes arising from the use of Sass shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation between you and us.

8.2 Arbitration/Litigation: If the negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to the arbitration institution where the company is located for arbitration or file a lawsuit with the people's court having jurisdiction.

8.3 Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the company is registered.

9. Agreement Updates

9.1 Update Right: We reserve the right to modify or update this User Agreement from time to time according to changes in laws, regulations, or service adjustments.

9.2 Notification of Updates: We will notify you of the updated Agreement through the App's announcement page, pop-up window, or email. The updated Agreement will take effect 7 days after the notification is issued.

9.3 Acceptance of Updates: If you continue to use Sass after the updated Agreement takes effect, it shall be deemed that you have accepted the modified Agreement. If you do not accept the updated Agreement, you shall stop using the App immediately.
